So it seems like all my stuff is stuck between my phone and the iCloud.Īt this point, I NEED access to my phone again (can't log into anything because of 2 step verification) and I need to get into my work email. It's a big purple bar that says "backup". However, I can see the backup that I was trying to do in my iCloud online. I've tried updating through iTunes and it won't, it says it must be restored. I've tried vol up/down and power button to reset it but it just goes back to recovery mode. I have no phone to call them with, so I can't get help until their chat option comes back because going to an actual apple store also isn't an option. I finally got it from my service provider (since my phone is unusable) but now chat options aren't available through apple support.
I've tried to contact apple, they wouldn't help me until I got the serial number or IMEI.
So basically my phone is stuck in recovery mode after failing to backup to iCloud.
